These terms apply to your use of The Master Mindset website at themastermindset.com and everything connected to it: the newsletter, the book being written in the open, the quiz, the referral program, and the contribution form. By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Master Mindset is a book and newsletter being built in the open, along with related tools like the mindset quiz, referral rewards, and free downloads. The project is a work in progress. Content, features, timing, and rewards can change or end as the book develops.
You must be at least 16 years old to subscribe or submit anything. By using the site, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to share anything you submit.
When you subscribe, we send you email and let you sign in with passwordless links. Keep your email account secure, since anyone with access to it can access your sign-in links. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
The referral program lets you unlock rewards by introducing confirmed subscribers through your personal link. Rewards are earned only through genuine referrals. Fake sign-ups, self-referrals, spam, purchased lists, or any attempt to game the count are not allowed and can result in removal from the program and loss of rewards. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and the tiers, thresholds, and prizes may change. We decide in good faith whether a referral or reward qualifies.
If you submit an article, story, framework, lesson, or other work through the contribution form, the following applies:
Please use the site honestly. Do not attempt to break, overload, or misuse it, do not submit unlawful or harmful content, and do not impersonate others or scrape the site without permission.
The Master Mindset name, the book, the writing, and the design of the site belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to the content, but you may not copy, republish, or resell it without permission.
The Master Mindset is for education and general information. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. What you do with it is your decision, and we make no promise of any specific result.
The site relies on and links to third-party tools for email and newsletters, analytics, referrals, digital delivery, and hosting. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
The site and everything on it are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Master Mindset and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the newsletter, or the rewards.
We may update these terms, change the site, or stop offering parts of it at any time. When we make a meaningful change to these terms, we will update the date at the top. We may also suspend access for anyone who abuses the site or the referral program.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there.
